CTS was appointed to provide Commissioning Management services, supporting the coordination and delivery of commissioning activities across the project.

Due to the regulated nature of pharmaceutical facilities, the project required a careful and well-organised approach to commissioning. CTS worked closely with the client, main contractor, and specialist teams to coordinate activities, manage interfaces, and ensure commissioning works progressed in line with the programme.

CTS supported the planning and monitoring of commissioning activities, helping to maintain clear communication across the project team and resolve challenges efficiently. This collaborative approach helped maintain consistent progress and ensured commissioning was completed in a structured and controlled manner.

The successful delivery of the project reinforced CTS’s ability to support pharmaceutical developments and strengthened relationships with both Austin UK and Kindeva Drug Delivery.
