CTS supported the project by providing pre-commission cleaning of hydraulic systems, testing and balancing of ventilation systems, flow rate verification, and full system proving to ensure the facility was ready for handover.

CTS was chosen for the project because of its established ability to operate in Switzerland, with all necessary permits, local accounting, and legal support already in place. This ensured smooth progress and compliance with local regulations from day one.

The project required a flexible and responsive approach, with CTS teams working back-to-back shifts and periods of continuous operation to meet programme pressures. Close coordination with the main contractor, BMS contractors, and equipment manufacturers was essential to maintain progress and ensure all systems were commissioned effectively.

CTS’s contribution extended beyond practical completion, providing additional testing and investigations to guarantee reliable long-term performance. The project was successfully handed over on programme, and CTS has since been engaged on further projects across the wider data centre campus.
