CTS was appointed by Phoenix ME / Mace to deliver commissioning support across the building’s mechanical, water, and ventilation systems in a highly complex, live operational environment.

The project presented several challenges. Logistically, working above an active transport hub required careful planning, strict adherence to safety standards, and close coordination with building management. Technically, systems were fully integrated with the BMS, and careful commissioning of all terminal units was needed to meet client requirements.

Working within a live banking environment also required CTS to deploy flexible day and night teams, maintaining progress without disrupting operations. Close collaboration with site management and security teams ensured all works were carried out safely and in line with confidentiality protocols.

Originally appointed to commission only five floors, CTS’s consistent delivery, flexibility, and technical expertise led to the scope being extended to cover all fifteen floors. The project was completed successfully, on programme, and to a high standard, establishing CTS as a trusted partner for complex commercial developments in live environments.
