CTS was appointed to support the project through pre-commission cleaning and testing and balancing (TAB) works, helping to ensure building systems were fully prepared and ready for phased handover.

The project involved a phased delivery across multiple areas of the site, requiring careful coordination between contractors, specialist teams, and CTS’s own workforce. Given the scale of the installation, including 68 chillers, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency was a key focus throughout.

CTS worked closely with the main contractor to plan and schedule works, ensuring smooth integration with other site activities. Our teams remained flexible and responsive on site, helping to resolve challenges quickly and maintain consistent progress.

The successful delivery of the project strengthened CTS’s relationship with Winthrop Technologies and positioned the business as a trusted partner for future data centre projects in Germany.
