Ben communicates and keeps everyone on the same page, valuing empathy, patience, and self-awareness.

He makes sure work runs smoothly and everyone can do their jobs to the best of their ability. He sets things up, conducts reviews, and assures quality for clients. Always working to the industry leading standards that have become synonymous with CTS.

Specialist training courses in HIU Commissioning and LEV Systems have bolstered his knowledge. And his skills on site mean that he has been invaluable on MOD contracts, international jobs, and projects in specialist environments. It’s all experience that helps Ben be the best engineer that he can be. ‘We really are like a family’, says Ben, ‘And I see how important it is to have role models and leaders. And to be one myself.’

When Ben isn’t on site, you’ll find him out on his local golf course by the Jurassic coast.
