With 30 years of industry experience, Stephen is responsible for the overall running of our business, and he leads from the front.

He researches ways to innovate through products, services and practices, and he works with everyone here to ensure career development. He has achieved continual growth for us in a very competitive industry and through increasingly challenging times.

In the next decade, Stephen is focused on further developing technical competencies across CTS, winning more international projects, and investing in green technologies. Adopting a mindset of proactivity is fundamental to Stephen, the broader CTS team, and for our customers. When Stephen isn’t raising the standard of our industry, you’ll find him at Stamford Bridge where he’s a Blues season ticket holder.
