For 16 years at CTS, Ryan has been accepting responsibility, providing leadership and helping us to create a culture of value, reward and investment in people.
The ethos we embody in terms of technical competence, education and skill enhancement is in large part due to Ryan’s devotion, care and respect. Effort and commitment is rewarded with personal investment and career progression, and Ryan is testament to this.
Ryan helps us to win business at the front end. Then beyond that he makes sure we perform on those projects, and he helps us plan and forecast for the future. He is degree educated and holds qualifications from BSRIA and CIBSE, the BCIA Advanced Technical Certificate in Building Controls and an NVQ in BMS Control Systems Theory and Programming. He is certified by the Cleanroom Testing and Certification Board (CTCB-I).
