James Joseph

James acts to ensure quality at every stage of our processes. He identifies potential for error or oversight and then communicates to solve problems. He also helps us to comply for our valuable ISO 9001 recognised Quality Management System.

His qualifications are many. He holds an engineering degree and is certified by the Engineering Council as an Incorporated Engineer. He is ASNT approved in QC Level 1 and NDT Level 2. He has dozens of CPD qualifications such as Mechanical and Electrical Building Services and Electrical Testing and Commissioning. He is certified in BCM Measuring and Control Technology, ANSYS Software and CFD, and he’s completed his BIM BSI 19650, which is central to his growth here at CTS.

As a major part of our success at RAF Lakenheath, James authored USAF technical standard O&Ms and led the handover for FM. He credits his incredible drive and focus as stemming from his solid badminton game.
