Waynne David

Waynne builds and maintains great relationships.

He makes sure everyone understands their job and knows exactly what they’re doing. He distributes workload and helps things to run smoothly internally, and for our clients. His role involves reassurance, discipline, and praise, which all come very naturally.

He holds an ONC and HNC in Mechanical Engineering, he has 27 years’ experience in water treatment, and he’s been with us since 2015. For Waynne, communication and documentation are both key to success, and they’re a major reason he has such a great relationship with everybody here. His commitment to growth – both nationally and internationally – his leadership, and his ability to cultivate togetherness are real assets to us and credits to him. When he’s not treating water, he plays a bit of guitar and writes the odd tune too.
