Sean McCaughey

Sean helps us to raise our own standards here at CTS.

He focuses on the importance of technical accuracy for compliance and contracts, and he has always been a key driver for our growth. He is part of our Project Delivery Team, he offers technical expertise, and he reviews the work of other employees as part of our quality commitment.

Sean has ambitions to set up an in-house training centre here, a hub where employees can get together, upskill, and share knowledge. We think it’s a great idea, and as we grow, this hub will be an important asset for us, our ethos of development and recruitment. A cultured fellow, Sean has travelled to 25 countries and has worked in three of them.
