Rhys Mcgilligan

Rhys ensures CTS’ projects are delivered efficiently, maintaining standards, coordination, and clear communication with clients.

He leads site activity across projects, liaises directly with clients, and manages logistics and deliveries to support smooth project delivery. He is responsible for maintaining organisation on-site and ensuring works are completed in line with project requirements.

Rhys has developed his experience through hands-on project delivery, supported by industry training including BSRIA, WMSOC, and monitoring systems. Since joining CTS five years ago, he has strengthened his ability to manage projects while maintaining consistency and control across site operations. He has also supported the delivery of projects across the business.

He is focused on maintaining high standards across his work and supporting consistent delivery on projects as CTS continues to grow. Outside of work, Rhys is highly active and enjoys a range of activities including cycling, motorcycling, snowboarding, and running.
